Please take a moment to review our Pre-Order Terms & Conditions before placing your order.

📦 What Is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order allows you to purchase a product before it is officially released or restocked.
By placing a pre-order, you’re reserving your items in advance and guaranteeing delivery as soon as inventory becomes available.

🗓 Estimated Shipping Window

All Holiday Pre-Orders are expected to ship between December 6–12, 2025.
We’ll send shipping updates and tracking information via email once your order has been dispatched.  Please note that this date is an estimate and subject to minor changes based on production or carrier timelines.

💳 Payment

Payment is processed at the time of checkout, not at shipment.  This secures your place in line and ensures we reserve your order in our first holiday shipment.

✨ Combined Orders

If your cart includes both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order will ship once all items are available.  For faster delivery of in-stock items, please place separate orders.

❌ Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel or modify your pre-order any time before your shipping label is created.
To request a change, please email us at team@mwahskin.com with your order number.  Once a tracking number has been generated, the order is considered final sale.

🧴 Returns or Exchanges

As our lip glazes and skincare items are personal-use cosmetics, we cannot accept returns once products have shipped. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

💕 Product Availability

Pre-orders are fulfilled in the order they were received.
In the rare case that we’re unable to fulfill your order due to limited stock, you’ll be notified immediately and refunded in full.
